History
Our Brut Rosé sparkling wine has a capacity of 75 cl, which
is thicker and stronger than the bottles of other wines so
that it can withstand a gas pressure of six atmospheres.
Tsar Alexander II of Russia, who feared for his life,
demanded this type of bottle so that he could easily check
that no bomb was hidden in the bottom of the bottle.
Vineyard
Plots in Chamoson and Conthey at an altitude of
600meters; Guyot pruning for a yield of 900 gr/m2.

Harvested under ideal conditions of ripeness to guarantee

the freshness of the Pinot Noir aromas as possible.
