A couple: Remi and Sonia Dalmasso. He has been working as a winemaker at Ch. Valandraud (St-Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé) since he is eighteen. She left her job as a human resources agent to realize their wine adventure, after the birth of their two children. Together: following the « garage wine » movement, they produce a « garden wine » with the vines planted in the garden in the front of the family house (one kilometer from St Emilion). The first vintage of Galaxies 2 Romanile was 2008 and as from the vintage 2015, the wine has been organic.
