Nouvelle vie is an artisanal and organic wine, it is a wine of experience, the way we have produced it, everything has been carefully studied.

Nouvelle vie LE DEBUT 2018 is a wine made with my best Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc grapes.  We harvested between late August and early September of that year, to ensure the best possible ripeness at that time.

As if this phenomenon were mystical, for us it's what we believe in, making the best. After the biological phenomena of fermentation, the wine is aged for over 21 months in the finest barrels to be found anywhere in the world, “grain fin de Radoux”, obviously French wood, to guarantee the best ageing and then the best tasting experience.

The wine rested in bottle for 150 days before being released for sale. No law or certification obliges me to do this, but I did it out of an obsession to let the flavors and aromas express themselves fully, so that it translates into a real tasting experience, for you.
