Nouvelle vie 2018

Nouvelle vie is an artisanal and organic wine, a wine of experience, the way we have produced it, everything has been carefully studied.

Nouvelle vie LE DEBUT 2018 is a wine made with my best grapes Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc.

We harvested between late August and early September of that year, to ensure to have the best maturity at that time. As if this phenomenon was mystical, for us it is what we believe in, doing the best.
The wine, after the biological phenomena of fermentation, is matured for more than 21 months in the best barrels you can find in the world « grain fin de Radoux », obviously French wood, to guarantee the best ageing then the best tasting experience.

The wine rested for 150 days in bottles before being released for sale. No law or certification obligates me to do it this way, I only did it out of an obsession for flavour and aromas to be fully expressed, so that it translates into a true tasting experience, for you.
